2008/2009 RE Registration Form (Pre-K through 8th Grade)
Register by June 1, and take $5 off the registration fee!!!

If your child attends a non-Catholic private or public school, you will need to register him/her for Catholic religious formation.
Please choose the schedule that best fits your calendar and your child’s needs.


Options available:

Preschool - 3’s and 4’s
during 9:30 Mass on Sundays
or
Wednesday 5:30 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. twice per month

Elementary K-5th grades
Sunday 3:15 p.m. - 4:45 p.m. twice per month
or
Wednesday 5:30 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. twice per month

Middle School, 6-8th grades
Sundays 3:15-4:45pm three times per month

Or Home Pods involving 3-4 families gathering together to catechize their children using the Parish curriculum.

ADULT VOLUNTEERS

According to diocesan policy, all adults who  work with minors MUST have a background screening and participate in Virtus training session. To register for Virtus go to http://www.virtusonline.org/virtus/ .
