The Ladies
of Carmel
All ladies of the parish are encouraged to join the Ladies of Carmel!
The Ladies of Carmel invite you to become a part of our amazing organization.
We are women of every age and marital status, working and retired, young mothers and widows. Our mission is to support each other and the parish, as well as the larger community.
The Ladies of Carmel is comprised of ten small guilds:

Guilds meet once a month from September through May

Meeting places vary among the guilds — some in members’ homes, or at restaurants

Some guilds meet during the day, others in the evening
Our purpose is to:

Foster spiritual growth in all the women of the OLMC Parish community

Sponsor, participate, and support activities and functions within our parish

Perform charitable works
-
Participate in civic activities and social outreach programs for the betterment of the broader community

Help women of our parish develop friendships and act as a support system for each other
In addition, the guilds share a lot of fun and laughter together! If you can’t commit to every guild meeting or participate in every event, that is okay!!! We just ask that our members offer their support when they can for each other and for our parish community.

The Guilds of The Ladies of Carmel
Sacred Heart of Jesus meets the 2nd Wednesday of the month at 12:30pm
St. Elizabeth meets the 3rd Tuesday of the month, 6:30pm, at members' homes
St. Faustina las reuniones varían
St. James meets the 2nd Thursday of the month at 11:30am
St. Jude meets on Saturday morning, every other month
St. Martha meets the 2nd Saturday of the month at 10am
St. Monica meets the 3rd Wednesday of the month at 12 noon
St. Valentine meets the 3rd Thursday of the month, 12 noon, at members' homes
St. Veronica meets the 2nd Monday of the month, 6pm, at members' homes
St. Zelie Martin meeting times vary
